THANK YOU to all of our members for your patience whilst we have been preparing for 2019/2020. Please find below all of the information you need for 2019/2020 at LWGC.

2019/2020 Class Information

For your child's class time, please simply click the button below and login to your child's account.
Your username is your email address.

WHILST YOU ARE LOGGED IN TO YOUR CHILD'S ACCOUNT, PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO CHECK THAT YOUR CONTACT INFO IS UP TO DATE AND UPDATE AS NECESSARY.

If you have more than one child at LWGC and you are unsure of each child's login details, please email dave@thegymnasticsclub.co.uk.

If you're happy with your child's class there's nothing you need to do. Your child's place is already confirmed and we look forward to seeing you when we return in September.

What happens next?

If/when your child's requested place becomes available, we'll move them and let you know via email. The confirmation email is generic in content (meant for new members booking taster sessions) but will show your child's new class time so, please do read any further correspondence from us carefully.

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOUR AVAILABILITY CHANGES. Once we have changed your child's class we may be unable to move them back to the class originally offered, as we will have then offered it to someone else on the waiting list.
Prices and Payment Schedule for 2019/2020
Please see below the prices and payment schedule for the 2019/2020 school year.

Following feedback from our customers, our fees now include LWGC Membership, ALL of your child’s certificates, medals, trophies PLUS entry to our Annual LWGC Club Championships!
You don't need to do anything, fees will continue to be taken as per the schedule above.
Renewals of British Gymnastics Memberships
​
Having a BG Membership is compulsory for all gymnasts attending LWGC or any BG club and children cannot participate in classes without one. This is separate to LWGC fees and has to be purchased directly through the BG website in late September.
2019/2020 Term Times​
​
LWGC classes are term time only and follow the Warwickshire School Term Times.
Term always finishes on a Saturday at 5.30pm.
​
2019/2020 Holiday Clubs
We are running Summer Holiday Clubs during the school summer holidays on 18 different days. Please click below for more info.
​
We will be running 40 Holiday Club dates in 2019/2020, with some Holiday Clubs running in all of the school holidays (except Christmas).
All Holiday Club dates for 2019/2020 will be published and available to book online at thegymnasticsclub.co.uk/holiday-clubs by 1st October 2019.
Spaces will be limited so please book in advance to avoid disappointment!
