If children would like to be grouped with their friends, please notify us by email as per the instructions below.
As tighter restrictions on groupings have to be met, we need to be informed at time of booking if your child would like to be grouped with a friend. The friend MUST be booked into the same session with the same start time as we are not able to mix groups once they have been allocated. We cannot hold places, so we recommend this is done at the same time. We will do out absolute utmost to group friends together, this might not be possible for larger groups but we will ensure children are at least with one of their friends as per your requests.
To notify us of a friendship group request, please follow the points below:
- Book children into the same session (with the same start time)
- Email Abby: firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us which children wish to be grouped together
Half day sessions = £19.50
Full day sessions = £39.00
We can't currently accept childcare vouchers as LWGC is a sports club, not a registered childcare provider.

What measures do you have in place to keep our children safe?
At LWGC we pride ourselves in our forward planning to continue our strict Covid-Secure plans.
We will be staggering our start times for holiday club so attendees will have two booking options.
Gymnasts will be working in small groups of no more than eight. We will keep children in the same group throughout the day.
Social distancing within the gym is our new norm and coaches will remind all children on arrival of our expectations to keep everyone safe.
We will be encouraging frequent hand washing and sanitising at regular intervals.
