Who are LWGC?
Leamington and Warwick Gymnastics Club (LWGC) is a British Gymnastics club set up in September 2009 offering children the opportunity to have fun learning gymnastics, in a safe environment under the guidance of appropriately qualified British Gymnastics coaches. In February 2018 we opened our doors to a brand new purpose-built Gymnastics facility where we are able to offer our gymnasts a wonderful range of gymnastics activities!
Our club motto is 'Gymnastics for all' and we aim to provide classes where all children have a positive experience of gymnastics; thrive, progress and have fun.
Are your classes insured?
All of our gymnasts are required to purchase a British Gymnastics (BG) Membership at the point of joining. BG Members are insured to train at LWGC. Gymnasts are not authorised to train at LWGC without a current BG Membership.
Are your coaches qualified?
All of our LWGC coaches have completed the appropriate British Gymnastics courses and qualifications.
Can I come for a taster before I decide to join?
Yes! Children can be booked in for a taster session providing we have a space available, please click here to visit our enquiries page & fill out our form.

What should my child wear for class?
Gymnasts are required to be appropriately dressed in something they feel comfortable in; t-shirt and leggings/tracksuit bottoms/shorts, leotards or PE kit. We do ask that participants do not wear dresses, skirts, hoodies or denim. Jewelry must be removed. If ears are newly pierced they will be covered with medical tape. Gymnasts train in bare feet.

Can we still join your classes after the term has started?
Yes. Classes are booked monthly, via Direct Debit. As places become available children on our waiting list will be invited to come in for a taster session. Tasters will typically be offered the last week of each month.
Can parents watch?
Usually we invite parents and carers to watch from our viewing gallery. However, due to the current restrictions on numbers in our building, the viewing gallery is currently closed.
