Squad 20/21!
We are so looking forward to seeing you all again in one of our new Squad classes! We have lots of exciting fun filled sessions planned and all in line with our COVID-19 Safe Guidelines.
The Squad Returns!
Our Squad team coaches are very excited to see their gymnasts back at training and doing what we all love so much! We have fun and challenging plans in place to ensure all gymnasts safely but as quickly as possible can get back to their previous fitness and skill level before then developing skills further and getting competition ready!

Due to the UK GOV guidelines we have to adhere to, we have had to reduce training time for squad groups.
We know this is not preferred but your coaches will be providing the highest quality coaching, making the most of every minute of your sessions and providing you with homework to support your training.
As and when we are able to do so we will look to increase training times. We thank you whole-heartedly for your understanding and support.
