Before your class:

  • Please try to arrive at least a couple of minutes early to give us time to check your name & admit you into the meeting.

  • It's important that your screen name is the gymnasts first and second name this is really important for safeguarding, we cannot allow anyone to participate in the meeting unless we know it's a member. It also means that our coach can say hi to you & address your gymnast by name to correct technique if needed. If you're not sure how to do this, please watch this short video which shows you.

  • Make sure that you have plenty of room around you and that you have some water ready and are wearing appropriate clothing for gymnastics classes. 

  • Please make sure that long hair is tied back 

  • An adult must be near at all times during the session.

PRESENT TO JUDGE

  1. ARABESQUE (Y-BALANCE 0.1 BONUS) (Jumps, Turns & Balances Workshop)

  2. KNEEL DOWN ON ONE LEG AND SLIDE INTO SPLITS (HOLD 3 SEC) - HANDS MAY BE PLACED ON FLOOR TO ASSIST GETTING INTO SPLITS, BUT THEN SHOW FINAL POSITION WITH ARMS OUT TO HORIZONTAL (Flexibility Workshop)

  3. SWING BACK LEG FORWARD TO PIKE SIT - SHOW POSITION, PIKE FOLD (HOLD 3 SEC)

  4. LIE FLAT ON BACK, ARMS BY EARS AND PUSH TO BRIDGE - SHOW POSITION (HOLD 3 SEC) (Bridges & Walkovers Workshop)

  5. LIE FLAT, LIFT TO DISH HOLD, ROLL TO ARCH HOLD (HOLD 3 SEC EACH) (Strength Workshop)

  6. PUSH TO FRONT SUPPORT, WALK WITH STRAIGHT LEGS INTO STANDING PIKE FOLD (CATERPILLAR) - SHOW STANDING PIKE FOLD (HOLD 3 SEC) - HANDS SHOULD BE FLAT BEHIND FEET, FINGERS FACING BACKWARDS AWAY FROM FEET (Flexibility Workshop)
